Kelsey Sha is a Film & TV Production major at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. Born in New York City and raised across China, Hong Kong, and California, Kelsey’s diverse background provides a unique cultural foundation that shapes her creative work. 

 

With a passion for both development and production, she is a versatile producer, writer, and director dedicated to bringing vision-driven projects to life. Her work has earned awards at numerous film festivals, such as the LA Shorts International Film Festival.
